Your task

• Independent assembly and commissioning of modules and machines
• Mechanical supervision of a plant from design approval to installation at the end customer’s site
• Mechanical commissioning of feeding, automation, robot and assembly systems
• Operation of conventional drilling, milling, turning and grinding machines for adjustment work
• Recommissioning of machines after delivery to the end customer
• Implementation of small electrotechnical tasks

Your profile

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic/mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or equivalent
• several years of professional experience in the field of mechanical engineering/maintenance
• Good knowledge of pneumatics
• Careful, independent work
• willingness to travel (approx. 1-2 times per year for 1-2 weeks – after delivery of the self-built plant)
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, organizational skills
• knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Teams and CAD

Your task

• Programming of special machines and processes with TIA-Portal
• Commissioning of sensors and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshooting in machine processes and customer support in control engineering
• Re-commissioning of the delivered machines at our customers

Your profile

• Education in the field of electrical engineering / automation technology / mechatronics
• Knowledge of Siemens S7 / TIA Portal / E-Plan
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn new topics
