The result of this cooperation is our highly flexible, modular and compact Feedercell.
New component variants can be programmed within a very short time on the 22″ touch display. Subsequently, the components are reliably and 100% autonomously removed from the feeder.
Using the fringe projection method, by taking 136 individual images in 0.5 seconds, the exact position of the parts in the container is determined. The complex path planning algorithm calculates the optimum travel path of the robot in the background, taking into account the working area and the robot position, thus ensuring minimum cycle times.
Subsequently, the robot makes the parts available for further processing in an accurate position.
